SEASONING
Caramels are put to season the ventilated place for about 15 days.

The size of each candy is around 20 grams.
INFORMATION
WHITE PIGS CARAMELS are made by carefully selecting prime cuts including shoulder meat.
Once the meats are chosen, they are seasoned with salt, pepper and then ground with small grain.
The meats are then stuffed into natural casings about 2 to 3 cm in diameter and tied by hand.
Caramels are put to season the ventilated place for about 15 days.
The appetizing and tasty yet simple flavor tends to enhance the flavor of the premium raw material.
The small size allows the Candies to be eaten in one bite.
