The minimum maturation period is 24 months.

Sizes range from 10 kg to 13 kg.
INFORMATION
PROSCIUTTO CON OSSO, comes from mature thighs, which are expertly trimmed and massaged.
The legs are then covered with a tanning made from whole-grain salt and natural Tuscan spices.
After this stage, the residual salt is removed and the leg is allowed to dry in well-ventilated spaces and then put to mature in our natural cellar.
The intense and long-lasting flavor on the palate, the good balance between the lean and fatty parts, and the bone-in curing give the quality of this Ham.
THE NATURALLY PROCESSED PRODUCT IS FREE OF DYES AND PRESERVATIVES.
