SEASONING
Salamino piccante, is put to age in an aerated place for about 20 days.

The size of each salami is around 200 grams.
INFORMATION
SALAMINO PICCANTE is made by carefully selecting prime cuts including shoulder meat.
Once the meats are chosen, they are seasoned with salt, pepper, chili, paprika and then ground with small grain.
The meats are then stuffed into natural casings about 2 to 3 cm in diameter and tied by hand and placed for curing.
The spiciness, combined with the sweetness of paprika, makes for a perfect combination, as the two flavors enhance each other making the sausage very tasty.
