The Sausage is put to season the ventilated place for about 20 days.

INFORMATION
SALSICCIA STAGIONATE OF WHITE PIG is obtained by carefully selecting prime cuts including shoulder meat.
Once the meats are chosen, they are seasoned with salt, pepper and then ground with small grain.
The meats are then stuffed into natural casings about 2 to 3 cm in diameter and tied by hand.
The Sausage is put to season the ventilated place for about 20 days.
