INFORMATION
“CINTA SENESE PDO” Pork Shoulder is found in the front part of the pig.
The processing involves a procedure similar to that of PROSCIUTTO. The Shoulder has an elongated and flattened shape to which the foot is retained.
It has a strong flavor and is very aromatic.
The slices, cut with a knife, have a purplish-red color with a good balance between the lean part and the pinkish-white fatty layer.
THE NATURALLY PROCESSED PRODUCT IS FREE OF DYES AND PRESERVATIVES.
