Stretched Pancetta distinguished by green twine is placed to mature in well-ventilated rooms for an optimal period of about three to four months.

INFORMATION
Pork PANCETTA STESA DI SUINO “CINTA SENESE DOP” is obtained from the belly of the pig properly trimmed.
The piece is salted in a tanning mixture of Tuscan salt and spices for several days.
Once the stretched Pancetta is removed from the marinade, it is placed to season.
The striations of the lean strips with the fatty part, give a good balance with a strong and intense flavor with important hints of spices.
THE NATURALLY PROCESSED PRODUCT IS FREE OF DYES AND PRESERVATIVES.
